A person develops an idea, a team turns it into a working process, and a physical environment places new demands on that process. These settings are different, but the underlying question travels between them: how can intelligence help people understand and act?
Personal, Business and Physical Intelligence give us a way to organise that ambition. They describe areas of focus, not an assumption that every piece of information should move freely between every product.
Connection needs boundaries
A personal note should not automatically become a company record. A business instruction should not automatically become a physical action. A coherent ecosystem needs deliberate handoffs, permission and enough context for people to understand what is being shared.
That makes synchronisation a design problem as much as a technical one. The goal is to connect the right information at the right moment, while preserving the differences between personal choices, organisational responsibilities and physical constraints.
