THE GIST

NETICS and XPLORE express two connected parts of the company we are building.

A perspective from Lognetics Editorial · 2 min read

Technology starts with understanding

A product can be technically impressive and still misunderstand the person using it. A community can generate energetic conversations without giving those ideas a route into something useful. At Lognetics, we see an opportunity in keeping these two kinds of work in conversation.

NETICS focuses our ambition around intelligent technology. XPLORE focuses it around people who are asking questions, creating ideas and building for the future. Together, they give our company a wider view of what useful progress requires.

Listen without assuming

A conversation with a founder might reveal an operational bottleneck. A creator might point out that a workflow is difficult to understand. A technologist might challenge an assumption about how a system should be connected. None of these observations automatically becomes a product requirement.

The work is to investigate what the observation means. Is it specific to one setting? Does it reveal a recurring need? What evidence would help us choose a response? Community can broaden the questions while disciplined product work tests possible answers.

A shared direction

We describe our ambition as building technologies that extend the human brain. That includes making tools more capable and creating space for people to bring different perspectives to the work. Intelligence is useful in the context of human goals.

Our company, products and community should therefore tell a coherent story. Lognetics builds the foundations, NETICS explores intelligent experiences and XPLORE brings people into the conversation about what should come next.
