An engineer can explain what a system can do. A designer can challenge whether someone will understand it. A founder can ask whether the problem is important enough to solve. Each perspective changes the shape of the conversation.

Give an idea more than one test
Consider a concept for a digital service. A technical demonstration may show that it runs, while a conversation with a potential user reveals that the real difficulty sits elsewhere in the process. A creative question might then uncover a simpler experience.
Our view is that these tests work best when people can share unfinished thinking. A community becomes more useful when participants are comfortable explaining uncertainty, asking for a different perspective and revising a concept in response to what they hear.
Create something worth carrying forward
Read through Ihesiulo’s role as convener, XPLORE’s broad invitation can be understood as a way to make those encounters possible. The benefit is not that every conversation becomes a company; it is that more ideas receive a serious, varied examination.
For a future shaped by both creativity and engineering, that is meaningful work. The next step may be a sketch, a prototype or a better question. What matters is that the participant leaves with something clearer than the assumption they arrived with.
